Journalism students in Kyrgyzstan can apply for a free program.
The OSCE Program Office in Bishkek is organizing a training on security, which will be held April 26 to 29 near the lake of Issyk Kul.
Participants will learn how to cover issues related to extremism, terrorism and inter-communal relations. Topics include ethical aspects of breaking news coverage, how to interact with government officials and people on the ground, how to use social media and more.
The training will be in Russian.
The deadline is April 11.
