Deadline:

August 10, 2018

Budding to midcareer young professionals working on foreign policy related issues can apply for this program.

The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) is selecting fellows for the Penn Kemble Forum on Democracy. The fellowship promotes bipartisan conversation among young foreign policy leaders in Washington.

The program is unpaid and nonresidential. Applicants must be based in Washington and available to attend the monthly seminars --to be held after working hours-- and additional events and meetings.

Fellows are expected to write one short paper on a Forum topic or a reflection of their experience. Select papers will be published on the NED website.

The deadline is Aug. 10.
