ICFJ seeks bilingual editor [Latin America, US]

Journalists with at least 10 years of experience covering Latin America can apply for this position.

The International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) is looking for a part-time bilingual editor to support the Investigative Reporting Initiative in the Americas.

The consultant will engage with ICFJ HQ program staff, project partners (Connectas) and participating journalists to assist in the coaching and editing of journalists’ investigations; provide feedback on transregional and transcontinental story ideas; foster journalists’ development of proposals and next steps; provide all information required for the preparation of reports by ICFJ and Connectas; and more.

The position can be based in any location. The consultancy should begin August 2018 and will be approximately 12 months.
