Journalists with a strong interest in foreign policy and international affairs can apply for three positions.
Foreign Policy will hire a designer, an editorial fellow and a production editor to join its editorial team in Washington.
The designer must have experience working with editors and writers to design and execute editorial experiences that are as compelling and accessible as they are beautiful and content-enhancing.
The editorial fellow will begin in early September 2017. The position is ideal for journalists with one to two years of experience, including those who have recently graduated from journalism school.
The production editor must be skilled in copy-editing and fact-checking. Experience with Adobe InDesign, InCopy, and WordPress is strongly preferred. Experience reporting abroad and foreign language skills are also preferred, but not required.
Applications for the production editor and designer positions will be accepted until the position are filled. The deadline to apply for editorial fellow is May 1.
