Journalists who cover aging issues can apply for a three-day workshop.
The Robert N. Butler Columbia Aging Center and the Columbia School of Journalism organize the 2017 Age Boom Academy "Exploring inequities in health, work and retirement" June 8 to 10 at Columbia University in New York.
The workshop will focus on inequities in health and work in old age, featuring experts in journalism, science and economics.
Twenty fellows will be selected. Fellowships will cover travel, lodging and attendance fees.
The deadline is March 3.
