Second tutorial video highlights 'right to honor,' responsibility to inform

Renata Johnson | July 31, 2009

The right to honor and the responsibility to inform are the themes of the second video in a series that seeks to examine and reflect on freedom of expression and information access in Latin America.

The videos can be used in workshops, seminars and debates. Benjamín Fernández, video producer and narrator, is a Knight International Journalism Fellow and also works on other projects for Fundación para la Libertad de Expresión.

The video calls journalists to analyze and evaluate their stories based on public interest. It also focuses on the responsibility to maintain journalistic rigor and to evaluate cases and situations.
