Study examines effects of corruption reporting

The Center for International Media Assistance (CIMA) has released a report on covering corruption. The report, "Covering Corruption: The Difficulties of Trying to Make a Difference," examines the impact of corruption reporting on the incidence of corruption and asks whether and how media has an effect in bringing about reform and better governance.

The report recommends practices and training that media development organizations and educational institutions can implement to better support and protect investigative journalists.
