Training on lung health issues open to journalists
Journalists covering lung health issues or general health may apply to attend a three-day training program on tuberculosis, asthma, TB/HIV co-infection and other lung afflictions. After the training, journalists will attend the 41st Union World Conference on Lung Health in Berlin, Germany. The program will take place November 10 to 15. Deadline to apply: August 16.
Journalists with three years of experience covering lung or general health in any medium may apply. Applications from journalists working in India, Russia, Egypt, China, Peru and Africa will be given special attention.
